Information we collect
Browsing the public pages needs no account. If you create an account we collect your email address and a password, which we store only as a salted one-way hash and never in readable form. Payments are handled by Stripe: we receive your plan status and a Stripe customer reference, but never your card number. We also keep anything you send us when you contact us.
Technical data
Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in, and the app stores a local cache of public pages in your browser so it loads faster.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries, deliver purchased plans, process payments, improve the site and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Third parties
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and YouTube (when you play videos) have their own privacy policies. Following a link leaves this site.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
